Jonathan Chia

A civil engineer and capital-projects delivery leader with 25+ years across mining, water and infrastructure in the Pilbara, working the owner's team, EPCM and operations.

Having held both the EPCM studies role and the owner's-side execution role on South Flank, he brings that lived delivery experience to owners as an independent expert. Deep, current knowledge of how BHP and Rio Tinto plan, procure and deliver in Western Australia, from front-end studies through procurement to commissioning and asset operations.
